Return Policy:
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: underwear, stockings, hair accessories, hats, and earrings.
Customized items can only be returned in case of defects/damage or incorrect shipment.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier company, Lalayae is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages, and the order will not be reshipped or refunded.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during washing or dry cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, fading, wrinkles, tears, bleaching, ironing damage, high-temperature damage, damage to seams or button hardware, etc.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the customer's failure to reschedule delivery within 30 days of the initial attempt. We are not responsible for packages not being delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.

How to Return an Item?
Log in to your Lalayae user account.
Send an email to asmonanury@outlook.com with a picture showing the problem/defect.
Please pack your returned item securely, using the original packaging if possible, and firmly affix the return label to the outside of the package. All tags must be retained, including the Nerdywave hangtag. Custom-made products can only be returned if they are defective/damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order's delivery date. Returned packages must be handed over to the return carrier within 7 days of receiving the return label; otherwise, we will not accept returns and will not issue refunds.
Fast Refund: We will refund your payment to your original payment account within one week.
Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.
If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
Important Note: All returns must be authorized in advance through our return portal or by emailing asmonanury@outlook.com; otherwise, we will not be able to process the returns. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, exchanged, or awarded store points, nor will disputes or chargebacks be accepted. Except in special circumstances, we will not return the returned goods to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Exchange Policy:
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange services are currently not available. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the purchased item to receive a refund before placing a new order.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help request through the "Contact Us" page. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. We will not accept any cancellation requests if the order has already shipped.
