Can I collaborate with Nerdywave on social media?

Which countries and regions do you ship to?
We would love to ship worldwide, but unfortunately, due to country-specific policies and other reasons, we currently only ship to the following countries/regions: Australia, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine, South Korea, USA, Hungary, Norway, Japan, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Canada, Sweden, France, Poland, Israel, Germany, Singapore, UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Turkey, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Belarus, Czech Republic, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Argentina, Oman, Uzbekistan, Philippines, Croatia, and Finland.

Can I change my order's shipping address?
We are committed to packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order and provide the new shipping address. Our customer service team will process your request. Since we can only change the address before the goods are unpacked and shipped, you need to contact us to change the address as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We are committed to packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at asmonanury@outlook.com. We will do our best to fulfill your cancellation request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee success.
Incorrect Items in Order
Unfortunately, sometimes our warehouse may send the wrong items. If this happens to your order, please contact our customer service team at asmonanury@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you ordered, and the code on the label of the item you received.
Missing Items in Order
If your order is missing items, please contact our customer service team at support@nerdywave.com and provide your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept three payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and Klarna.
How to return an item?
Please follow the instructions on the returns page here before returning the item.
We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking/serial number of your returned package for tracking purposes.
